Returns

UKENA accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, for unworn pieces in original condition. To initiate a return: contact the studio via WhatsApp or email. We'll arrange a return shipping label. Custom and one-of-one commissions are final sale. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned piece.
